SDSU CCLEAD Program

The Ed.D. in Community College Leadership Program prepares leaders who are committed to educational and racial justice. College and university scholar-practitioners collaborate to create a vibrant learning community that draws upon the issues and challenges facing Community College/Postsecondary Education leaders. Doctoral candidates tackle real-world problems through their dissertation research and serve their organizations and institutions at the same time by informing and improving practice.

SDSU PELSA Program

The M.A. in Postsecondary Educational Leadership and Student Affairs program is designed for student affairs practitioners--those who want to commit to supporting students through their college experiences from holistic, culturally competent, and compassionate perspectives. The program utilizes leadership theories to educate students to become critical consumers of research, policy, and practice in order to apply ethical, evidence-based decision making to promote access, justice, equity, inclusion, and quality student development and learning.
